When fruits and veggies are super sweet and super in season, they’re probably the easiest to feed your babes. Enter the tomato, probably one of summer’s best creations. With a burst of sweetness, the veggie (okay fruit) is a staple and the star of so many recipes this month and next. Kept in it’s pure form, it’s crisp. And when used as a base for a soup or a sauce, it’s bright. Yum.
