Jack was diagnosed with 4 heart defects when we were 19 weeks pregnant. We were told he would need life-saving surgery in the first few days of life. Jack had his first surgery when he was 6 days old, second at four months, third when he was just about to turn 2 and he just had his 4th surgery when he was 3 years old. He is a thriving 3-year-old who enjoys running, playing with his sister, and going to school. He is the most amazing and resilient kid and we are constantly in awe of basically everything he does.
