This is Trae. He has a rare form of CHD called Congenitally Corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries. Trae is 4 months old and the almost smiley baby around! He has had his first heart surgery at 2.5 months and is rocking it at life and recovery. CHD won’t stop this little warrior!
