This is Jameson. He was born on February 17, 2020 with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (half a heart). At a week old he was listed for a heart transplant and placed on a Berlin heart to wait for his perfect match. In June just before he turned four months old our donor family made a loving and selfless decision that saved his life. He received his Heros heart June 11, 2020. Everyday his heart beats for two
